Field dimensions
Games will be played indoors (futsal style) on half of a basketball court. Roughly 15 yards x 30 yards.
Ages of players are determined by birth year. All players must provide proof of age at time of check-in. Players will not be allowed to be dual registered on multiple teams. Teams will be seeded based upon the oldest player on your team. Each team should be comprised of players in the same age or within one year. Matching uniforms with numbers on the back are required. Be creative with your uniform jerseys. Individual awards will be given for first, second and third place teams. Teams withdrawing from the tournament prior to the July 1st deadline will have their tournament fee refunded subject to a $40 administrative fee. Teams withdrawing after July 1st will not be entitled to any refund.

To register, submit the ROSTER FORM along with the APPLICATION FORM. Submit all items on the CHECKLIST as specified on the application form --- must be postmarked by July 15, 2022.
