EVENT INFORMATION RESULTS ---> Link (PDF) DATES July 26-27, 2018 GOVERNED BY USGA RULES & ELIGIBILITY USGA -- Rules & Article 13 Junior Golf (TAAF) Out of Bounds defined by inside edge of pedestrian path around the perimeter of course. Water hazards are defined by red and yellow lines. All carts have to stay on the cart path. TAAF Article 13.6 Caddies rule will be enforced. DIVISIONS OR AGE GROUPS 9-hole Rounds: 7-9 Boys/Girls, 10-11 Boys/Girls, 12-13 Girls 18-hole Rounds: 12-13 Boys, 14-15 Boys/Girls, 16-18 Boys/Girls FORMAT Individual Stroke Play – Each player is playing their own ball. All USGA rules apply. Stroke play competition consists of each competitor completing each hole of a stipulated round. Nine stroke limit in effect. At the end of each player’s round, they must turn in their card signed, attested and dated for the round to be official. TEES Girls 7-11: Grey (200 Yards Out) Girls 12-18: Red Boys 7-9: Grey (200 Yards Out) Boys 10-11: Red Boys 12-13: Gold Boys 14-15: White Boys 16-18: Blue DOCUMENTS (PDF) ---> Official Program REGISTRATION DATES April 1-July 22 ENTRY FEE 9 Hole Rounds: $30 for two rounds (one round/day) 18 Hole Rounds: $55 for two rounds (one round/day & includes range balls)  PRACTICE ROUNDS Practice rounds can be scheduled for registered athletes starting Monday, July 23 by calling 979.776.0133. A special athlete rate of $25+tax (includes cart) before 2 p.m. and $20+tax (includes cart) after 2 p.m. will be provided. The athlete must be registered to receive a discount. ONLY 1 parent or coach accompanying the athlete at time of check-in will also receive the discounted rate. A tee time must be scheduled prior to practice round to insure availability. PARKING Free parking is available at the City Course at the Phillips Event Center. Parking tags are not required. Overnight parking and RVs are not permitted. WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN Most events are on a delay and resume schedule. In the event of severe weather, schedules will be updated on this website or participants can call 979.764.3732. If an event is canceled due to weather, participants will receive a full refund 2-4 weeks after the original date of the event.
