EVENTS:
           TRADITIONAL KARATE FORMS/WEAPONS/SPECIALTY-MUSICAL FORMS - Ages 5
           through adult (Beginner -Black Belt)
           POINT SPARRING - Ages 5 through adult (Beginner - Black Belt)

ENTRY FEES:
            Pre-registration price: $45 for one or two events; 
           Event day price:  $50 for one event
          
REGISTRATION:

           Click here for the TAAF Waiver Form that will also need to be filled out and turned in.

ADVANCEMENT:
           SPARRING and FORMS ONLY, each experience level:  1st, 2nd  and 3rd  place medalists qualify for
           State Games of America to be held July 28-August 2, 2015 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

DEADLINE:
            All entries should be postmarked by January 1, 2015 to receive pre-registration discount. 
           Limited space is available at a first come first serve basis!    

SCHEDULE: 
           8:00 am - Door Registration
           8:30 am - Rules Meeting (A.O.K Rules)
           9:00 am - Specialty-Musical Forms; followed by Weapons, Traditional Forms, and Point Sparring
