EVENT INFORMATION DATES Youth: Thursday, July 25-Friday, July 26 Senior: Monday, July 29 GOVERNED BY United States Golf Association (USGA) QUALIFICATIONS USGA -- Rules & Article 13 Junior Golf (TAAF) Out of Bounds defined by inside edge of pedestrian path around the perimeter of course. Water hazards are defined by red and yellow lines. All spectator carts have to stay on the cart path. TAAF Article 13.6 Caddies rule will be enforced for juniors. Senior division (50 +) are permitted to use golf carts while obeying golf course cart rules. DIVISIONS OR AGE GROUPS 9-hole Rounds: Boys/Girls (7-9, 10-11), Girls (12-13) 18-hole Rounds: Boys (12-13), Boys/Girls (14-15, 16-18), Men/Women (50+) FORMAT Individual Stroke Play – Each player is playing their own ball. All USGA rules apply. Stroke play competition consists of each competitor completing each hole of a stipulated round. Nine stroke limit in effect. At the end of each player’s round, they must turn in their card signed, attested and dated for the round to be official. TEES Girls 7-11: Grey (200 Yards Out) Girls 12-18: Red Boys 7-9: Grey (200 Yards Out) Boys 10-11: Red Boys 12-13: Gold Boys 14-15: White Boys 16-18: Blue Seniors 50-59: White Seniors 60-74: Grey Seniors 75+: Gold Senior Ladies: Red SCHEDULE In event of a higher player count, Thursday and Friday will have 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. A special athlete rate of $25+tax (includes cart) before 2 p.m. and $20+tax (includes cart) after 2 p.m. will be provided. The athlete must be registered to receive a discount. ONLY one parent or coach accompanying the athlete at time of check-in will also receive the discounted rate. A tee time must be scheduled prior to practice round to insure availability. FACILITY LOCATION The City Course at the Phillips Event Center 1929 Country Club Drive, Bryan, TX 77802 ADMISSION Free. Spectator carts available for rent for $20/cart. Food and beverage options available for sale in the pro shop. Water stations will be available for players and caddies. AMENITIES Onsite practice facility, pro shop, restrooms, and restaurant. PARKING Free parking is available at the City Course at the Phillips Event Center. Parking tags are not required. Overnight parking and RVs are not permitted.
