How do I register for the Winter Games of Texas?  To register for the Winter Games of Texas, go to the Sports/Venue page and click on the sport you want to play.  Follow the instructions on the information page.  Some sports have online registration while other sports require you to download an entry form and mail/fax back to the tournament director. Do I need to qualify for the Winter Games of Texas? No.  All Winter Games competitions have open registration.  For information on a specific sport or venue, please see the information page for that sport. What is the registration deadline to compete in the Winter Games of Texas? Registration deadlines vary by sport. Select the sport in which you want to compete from the Sports/Venues pages and you will find specific information on registration deadlines, maps, etc. Which sports advance medal winners to the National State Games of America and when/where will the National Games be held? Medalists (top three) from each division have the opportunity to compete in the National State Games of America in:  basketball, flag football, figure skating, gymnastics, soccer, swimming, table tennis (elite & recreational), volleyball and wrestling.  The State Games of America will be held August 4-7, 2011 in San Diego, California.
