ENTRY DEADLINE:              All entries MUST BE RECEIVED, NOT

POSTMARKED, NO LATER THAN 12/15/2024. All

entry forms must be filled out completely and properly on the correct form or they WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ANY ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER 12/15/2024 WILL BE ACCEPTED ALONG WITH A $20 LATE FEE PER GYMNAST. NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER 12/20/2024.
 
FORMAT:                      The competition will be run in the Capital Cup Format. You will
be notified of any changes in format when the schedule is posted.

The competition will follow the TAAF Rules and Policies.

 
FINAL SCHEDULE:     A final competition schedule will be posted no later than

12/30/2024 on www.taaf.com and www.trevinosgymnastics.com. Other pertinent information will also be found at the Trevino’s website.

 
Coaches: Please do not allow parents of individual gymnasts to call for schedule verification. If there is a question, please have one club representative call.

BAR SETTINGS:          Bar settings may be obtained during the general stretch time prior
to each session. Coaches, please be prepared to work with each other to help things operate smoothly.
 
EQUIPMENT:               AAI Beams
AAI Elite Bars Ross spring floor
AAI Vaulting table with 80' vaulting runway
Speith & AAI Stratum boards. Air-o-board trampets. Personal boards are allowed.
 
COACHES MEETING:        There will be a coaches meeting prior to each session.
All competition information will be distributed at that time.
 
COMPETITION AREA:  Only coaches and competing athletes will be allowed on the

floor during competition No parents will be allowed on the competition floor.

 
AWARDS:                      As per TAAF Rules and Policies
 
ADMISSION:                $10.00 per session and/or day – adults

$15.00 Weekend Pass-adults

$5.00 per session and/or day- children(under 12) & Sr. Citizens(65+)
Children 2 and under free
$7.00 Weekend Pass-Children and Seniors
