 TAAF Winter Games of Texas Archery Tournament

USA Archery Age Divisions

Youth: Yeoman (8-9), Bowman(10-12), Cub (13-14) Cadet (15-17), Junior (18-20)
Adult: Senior (Any Age), Master (50-59), Master 60 (60-69) , Master 70+
Participants may sign up for mutiple line times, but only one line time per bow style.

SCHEDULE & FORMAT:

The event is a USA Archery sanctioned single STAR FITA (60 arrows) event. There will be 2 available line times on both Saturday and Sunday (9am & 1pm). Participants will register for 1 line time per bow style) Bow Styles: Barebow (including Genesis simple compound), Olympic Recurve and Compound. (Compound bows limited to 60# draw weight). Target Distance is 18 meters, except Yeoman, who will shoot at 9 meters. Compound Archers will shoot 40cm single spot or 3-spot triangle target face. (Inner 10 ring scoring).

OTHER EVENT INFORMATION:

USA Archery Rules and Dress Code to be Enforced. Awards will be held after the Sunday Line finishes. If you have not participated in a sanctioned archery event, do not be afraid. This tournament is a great first tournament experience, our club will be here to help you learn! Raffle tickets will be available at the door. All proceeds from this archery tournament and raffle benefit the programs of teh Greater Pearland Archery Club, a 501c3 non-profit organization.
