Check-in is available in front of the field house.
 
COACHES MEETING
There will be NO formal coaches meeting. Coaches may pick-up their pass and packets at the check-in table located in front of the field house. Two passes per team will be given and must be signed for.

FACILITY RULES
Tents are ONLY permitted in the top row of the stands and in tent city. NO tents will be allowed on the grounds of the stadium. Umbrellas will be allowed inside the stadium, but please be mindful of the spectators around you. There are designated spectator areas, do not stand along fence.

REGISTRATION

DATES
All registrations done through TAAF based on Regional Meet results. Athletes must have TAAF member IDs by end of registration.

ENTRY FEE
Varies by region

PLEASE NOTE

Beginning in 2016- any athlete registration entered after June 30 will incur a $5 late charge per athlete. Athlete registration prior to and on June 30 will be the normal rate of $5 or $6/athlete depending on your region. After June 30, the rate will be $10 or $11 per athlete registration to get the TAAF registration number.

ADMISSION
$5/day pass or $20/4 day pass. Cash only at the gate.

PRE-SALE TICKETS
Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase through July 20. Wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Track & Field Venue “Will Call” on July 26-29. A photo ID will be required for pick-up. Wristbands will NOT be mailed and refunds/exchanges will not be granted for any reason.

AMENITIES

On-site concessions will be available. Ice chests are permitted only and are allowed in tent city, not in the stands.
 
PARKING
Free parking will be located at College Station High School. Parking tags not required. Overnight parking and RVs not permitted..

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
Most events are on a delay and resume schedule. In the event of severe weather, schedules will be updated on this website or participants can call 979.764.3732. If an event is canceled due to weather, participants will receive a full refund 2-4 weeks after the original date of the event.
