Due to heat,this will be anevening tournament with games starting at 5 p.m.

FORMAT
This is an open roster tournament with guaranteed minimum of three games. Duration of games will be 30 minutes with a 5 minute halftime. Games will 9U-12U will play 9v9 with maximum number of 13 players per roster. 13U-18U will play 7v7 with a maximum number number of 11 players per roster. Field dimensions for each play group will be 50x80. Ages of players are determined by birth year. All players must provide proof of age at time of check-in. Players will not be allowed to be dual registered on multiple teams. Teams will be seated based upon the oldest player on your team. Each team should be comprised of players in the same age or within 1 year. Matching uniforms with numbers on the back are required. Be creative with your uniform jerseys. Individual awards will be given for first, second and third place teams. Teams withdrawing from the tournament prior to the July 15 deadline will have their tournament fee subject to a $40 administrative fee. Teams withdrawing after July 15 will not be entitled to any refund.

Format of groups may be changed based on the teams that have entered the competition, level of play and needs of the tournament at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

AMENITIES
No sports drinks or gum allowed on synthetic fields (Soldier & Sailor). On-site concessions are available. Ice chests and chairs are permitted. No staked tents allowed.

PARKING
Free parking will be located at Veterans Park and Athletic Complex. Parking tags not required. Overnight parking and RVs not permitted.The University Drive entrance to Veterans Park & Athletic Complex is closed. Park access remains available through the Harvey Road entrance.

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
Most events are on a delay and resume schedule. In the event of severe weather, schedules will be updated on this website or participants can call 979.764.3732. If an event is canceled due to weather, participants will receive a full refund 2-4 weeks after the original date of the event.
