All participants and coaches must be registered with USA Boxing.
Jumping weight class is not allowed.
USA BOXING MEDICAL CERTIFICATE MUST BE COMPLETED.
All participants and coaches must have their passbooks on-hand during the event.
If any of these qualifications are not met, the Boxer will not be able to compete.
