ENTRY FEE:
$55 for first division.
$25 for each additional division.
$35 for Open team entry

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries must be postmarked by Saturday December 19th
Online entries due by Saturday December 26th
LATE ENTRY FEE:
Entries postmarked after December 19th will be assessed a $25 late fee
(total entry fee will be $75).
