We are excited to add Archery to the list of event for the Winter Games. With the growing number of archers in the North Texas area and the addition of Archery to the State Games of America, adding this sport was a priority for the Winter Games. If you’re just learning the sport or have been competing for years, don’t miss your chance to participate in the first-ever Winter Games Archery competition.

DIVISIONS:
         NASP Middle School or younger, NASP equipment only, compete at 10 meters, 30 arrows
         at 80cm standard target (equipment available to rent) Award for male and female top
         three places

         NASP High School, NASP equipment only, compete at 15 meters, 30 arrows at 80cm standard
         target (equipment available to rent) Award for male and female top three places

         FITA Middle School or younger, compete at 18 meters, 30 arrows at 40cm/3 spot target
         (Barebow (includes NASP equipment), Olympic Recurve & Compound)

         FITA High School, compete at 18 meters, 30 arrows at 40cm/3 spot target (Barebow
         (includes NASP equipment), Olympic Recurve & Compound)

         FITA Adult, compete at 18 meters, 30 arrows at 40cm/3 spot target (Barebow (includes
         NASP equipment), Olympic Recurve & Compound)

ENTRY FEES:
         $20

REGISTRATION:
         Starts January 1, 2015; Email clint@texasarchery.info to reserve a time to compete. Entry fee is paid when you
         show up, CASH PLEASE.  Click here for the TAAF Waiver Form that will also need to be filled out and turned in.

DEADLINE:
         January 14, 2015

SCHEDULE:
         Saturday and Sunday (must pay 30 minutes prior to start)
           8:30am NASP-Middle School, open at 7:30am for practice
           10am NASP-High School
           2pm FITA-Middle & High School
           5pm FITA- Adult


RULES:
         Explained prior each shooting time start; NASP and FITA are 30 arrows, must be a minimum of
         3 participants per division

ADVANCEMENT:
         1st, 2nd and 3rd Place medalists in all divisions are eligible to participate in the State Games
         of America taking place in Lincoln, Nebraska July28-August 2, 2015. Go to www.sga2015.com
