Description:
These awards shall be given to those individuals or organizations who exhibit dedicated service and shown a willingness to upgrade and promote TAAF activities.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Professional in the field.
  2. Affiliation with a TAAF member city for a minimum of five (5) years.
