Meetings
Executive Board Meetings
The Executive Board meets a minimum of four (4) times a year.
Meetings are held in conjunction with the Winter Games of Texas in January, SMS University in April and two (2) meetings at the Annual Meeting in September.
Committee (TEAM) Meetings
T.A.A.F. Committees meeting in January, April and September.
T.A.A.F. Annual Meeting
The entire T.A.A.F. organization meets once a year to discuss changes to our Cavalcade and vote on State Tournament sites. Committee meetings are held during this time as well as two (2) Executive Board Meetings.
