The Young Professional of the Year Award is given to an individual under the age of 35 that is actively involved in TAAF and has been responsible for exemplary advancement of the TAAF programs in his/her city.

In 2010, the Young Professional Award was changed to the Susan Gerred Young Professional Award in honor and memory of our dear friend and former President, Ms. Susan Gerred.
